Coach

Dietrich earned his Associated Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) accredited Goal Imagery & Holistic Life Coaching Program.  He also completed the Center for Creative Leadership Executive Coaching Program for HR Professionals.   Dietrich has completed the Korn Ferry Leadership Selection Assessment, 360 Survey Assessment, and Leadership Architect tools, deepening his awareness of leadership style, traits, and drivers.

He also supports people who are not neurotypical and require specialized tools to increase their effectiveness in their roles—possessing a deep knowledge of successful work-style behavioral changes, assistive technology, and evaluating a company’s inclusive practices.  He can help people with specific outcomes and increase their self-value.

Dietrich Thompson brings 20 Years of experience in leadership coaching and Team Effectiveness in Fortune 50 technology and Biotechnology Companies.  These firms include IBM, Microsoft, T-Mobile, BioTech, and Pharmaceutical Companies like Merck, Seagen, and BMS.  

 supporting teams by expertly facilitating decision-making, improving team effectiveness, and using data to leverage insights.

He earned a certification in Organizational analysis from Stanford University and uses proven organizational tools and frameworks to deliver value to leaders and their teams.
